Outsurance deducting debit orders twice in 2 weeks not honouring a signed agreement

I was involved in an accident with a client of outsurace we agreed that i will pay for the damage about R15000 via debit order R1000 per month( note that on a previous occasion my car was damaged by another client and they were not as accomodating as i am now) on 2019-01-04 as per signed agreement they deducted the 2nd R1000 about 15 min ago i go into my banking just to find out they deducted another debit order for another R1000 this is theft and ***** and not as per signed agreement. I want my money paid back immediatly or im cancelling the debit order and we can settle this in court.
