Outsurance deduct R12000 more than the debit order amount agreed on

Do you know when you sign a DEBIT ORDER, you give the supplier unrestricted access to your account. Only the supplier can cancel a debit order - YOUR BANK CANNOT do that. Beware of OUTSURANCE: I signed a debit order to pay property insurance a few properties yearly in advance - they should deduct the correct policy amount once per year. BUT they have taken over R12,000 more from my bank accounts this year than the policy amounts - by taking off different amounts from my bank accounts every few months. When I reverse these ******* deductions the bank CHARGES ME about R70 every time. The have paid back some of the money they took *******ly. I have tried since July 2020 to get OUTSURANCE to cancel the debit orders - they still have not done that. I have cancelled the policies but have still not received my refund, nearly R 10,000. I have sent them over 100 emails, I have spoken to them on the phone many times - no luck. Just yesterday I told them that I had not received confirmation of cancellation of one of the policies - and they emailed me a policy schedule - i.e. a renewal of the policy!!! My banker advised me to go to social media, Hello Peter and to lay a charge at the police, which I will also do.
