My daughter took out an insurance policy with OUTSURANCE on my recommendation. OUTSURANCE offers R1000 to every person one recommends, after the first payment you supposed to get the R1000, it is 19 days after the first payment was deducted, still nothing was paid out, calls and emails were sent, after signing up the consultants are irritated and impatient like they just want to end the call, no response from the email, so is the offer a ****.
