Outsurance

Outsurance must be the most over-rated and inefficient organization i have ever had to deal with. In April i was involved in a car accident that was no fault of mine, i was given a runaround as to where to take the car for assessment, only to find out it needed a 2nd assessment at a panel beater. The job was finally done 2 months later at a panel beater in a really ***** area. 5 months later, not only do I not have my excess back (which I was promised by outsurance at the beginning) but I have lost my no claim bonus. Weekly emails come back with the same non-committal response that they are waiting for the 3rd party. Outsurance are very quick to take my monthly premiums and increase my rates at their leisure, but when it comes to paying out they are very evasive. I wont ever recommend Outsurance to anyone.
