OUTSURANCE

I called Outsutance regarding my policy change to be cancelled with Outsurance.

Friendly service at begining. But when it came to cancelling it , they just kept going on and on and on woyh why not to cancel with them. My premium went up by R150 on full comprehencive. I moved also and changed my adress premium moved up to R 770.

All because of Covid I lost my job and still are stuggeling.

Asked a qoute pn Hippo. Old Mutual gave me one still full comprehencive for R314. All the bebifits and same accsess amount. But Outsurance wanted to know how did Old Mutual did it.

None of their business.

I just WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY WITH OUTSURANCE FROM 3 MAY 2023. DON'T WANT THAT SINGING SALES PERSON .
