Outsurance customer Liability Claims department the worst.

On the 22 of July 2019 I was involved in an accident with an Outsurance Client . by the 29 of August I was at last able to submit the claim for damages with Outsurance as a 3rd party Claim . At first the claim was denied because Legal Consultant at Outsurance made no effort to contact the independent Eyewitness to the accident. All relevant documentation was submitted and The legal consultant in person Mbali Mncube has been giving me the run around ever since. No timeous reply to email or explanations to actions. No direct answers or timelines. I have spoken to her manager only introduced as Lebogang. He now insist that I have supp**** incorrect info and need 3 days to read through a couple of pages . I have requested His managers detail but the phone number supp**** by Mbali seems to be incorrect. Outsurance where you always get something out even if it is the worst service and runaround .
