Outsurance credit protection

We took out a credit protection premium with outsurance which is supposed to assist us when in times retrenchment,critical illness ect In the terms and conditions there is nothing stipulated regarding the covivid 19. This is a natural disaster that no one could of expected We have requested that it helps in this time of need but unfortunately they are not willing to assist It got told to us that there credit protection is different to other companies? It doesn’t make any sense. You pay your premiums every month but when you need assistance there is no help. We are not going to settle for this.
