Outsurance cover leaves you exposed
Outsurance. Was hit by a Outsurance client. Her tyre burst and she wrote off a taxi and slammed into my car. They refute the claim because and I quote "Please be advised that the accident wasn’t due to our client’s negligence but it was caused by a tyre burst which our client couldn’t have anticipated". I will have to sue the owner for the R20k damage and I am sure it will be devastating for her as she wrote off a taxi as well.

05 Oct 2021, 12:24After I discussed this and having got a witness report, Outsurance has given a settlement that allows us to fix the vehicle. I thank them for reconsidering with the new information.
