OUTsurance cover for pets.
We have been clients for years. We decided to get insurance for our pets as we thought OUTsurance is different from the rest. What a suprise I got when phoning enquiring about a claim for one of my pets. Firstly the lady ask why I am crying regarding my dog that is now paralyzed. For me its not just a dog, she is part of my family. Then telling me she is putting me through her manager, who suddenly became to busy to speak to me. We do I pay when OUTsurance is not anle to cover my pet when needed. This is not something that was planned!!! Have a heart!

Following our private reply to you, we again apologise for the poor impression we created while the cover was discussed with you. The call was audited and our claims manager contacted you with feedback.
She contacted your vet to obtain more detail for the cause of your dog's unfortunate condition, which we are so sorry about.
Michelle confirmed the claim has since been rejected, of which the policy exclusion was explained.
We are not at all insensitive to the trauma and financial burden placed on you and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to have discussed this with you.
Regards
