Outsurance could not match Miway, where is my R500

Hey. Outsurance, where is my R500 because you could not equal or better my current premiums with Miway Insurance. Last week I received a call from a consultant from Outsurance. She (did not get her name) spent almost 20 minutes getting my information, some info was on Outsurance file from previous communications. It was determined that that the Miway premium was much better than Outsurance premium. The consultant said she will send me the docs to claim the R500 because Outsurance could not better the Miway premium. Well . . . .I am still waiting for the docs Outsurance.
