outsurance costing money

Accident with company vehicle on 6 march , outsurance got CK Coaxheorks to repair the Mahindra front end , two montgs later stull nothing has been done , after various calls and complaints the SP told me the bakkie was stuck in gear and gearlever broken off during accident and they cant move it , but the gearbox was fine , we drove the car there , how did they get it into the workshop then ?? Body was repaired but gearbox is ruined , we have a huge loss of income as a result and still nothing being done to replace gearbox , this is the company we have to trust to save according to all their adds
