Outsurance contractor should be barred from reparing anyones home.

<p>Water damage to ceilings and cupboards, outsurance approved the claim in July 2016.</p> <p>The repairs undertaken by the contractor are shocking, photographic evidence and complaint sent to outsurance. The cornices were not be aligned in the corner and in one room redone 5 times, the cupboard doors are scuffed and scrached. The celing in one room is warped.</p> <p>Outsurance does not have an alternative service provider. <br />The contractor is the Outsurance assessor and contractor. <br />Outsurance is no closer to resolving this than they were 2 weeks ago when it was reported. </p> <p>Outsurance advertise that the repairs to a home make the home better than it was before; not in my case, and the contractor originally communicated that the wok would be completed by the 24 October, then the 31 October. After numerous calls to outsurance he eventually came back to complete the work, which he didn't and I have requested that outsurance send an assessor to assess the qulaity of the contractors work, the response is they don't have one .... </p> <p>Outsurance has made this my problem by - <br />not providing an alternative contractor <br />or an inspector to assess the work done by the contractor. <br />My house remains in a state of disrepair and outsurance seems incapable of resolving this....</p>
