Outsurance Contact Centre Agents Going That Extram

Often we only write on Hellopeter when we complain, but my weekend started like any other weekend. Until Yesterday Morning when I was washing my Car, and had my radio on. Mind you it was the first time in Years that I wash my own car (lol). When I wanted to start my Car my battery was flat, and i needed to attend to some important things. I called my insurance, and I was Welcomed by a very helpful, and well informed Agents Amanda Ndima and Oupa Rakharebe who took my matter urgently, and I didn`t have to mention to them how urgent this was. To my surprise the tow truck was at my house in less that 12 Minutes to Jump Start my Car. This is Automatuc SUV so there was no other way to start then engine. I was assisted, and I was surprised again to Hear from both Agents Calling me ask ask if I have been assisted. This was going beyond, and Extra mile. This is the type of service that makes me appreciate people who know what GREAT Service is.
