Outsurance consultants disappointed me..
Called on Sat 26 Aug for help with my geyser..next morning a plumber came and confirmed it's a gyser burst.. Monday 28 Aug I wanted to know as my cover previously didn't cover my stove now it also doesn't cover a gyser.. what does it come the lady just transferred me with out listening.. can we be understanding and explain to customers before transfering them for quotes.. next consulting was able to explain to me about house contents cover.. but didn't give me much on building cover.. It's easy to take our money now no one is willing to make me understand my policy..

Our client services manager, Tumi, contacted you to address your concerns. The geyser needs to be insured under the buildings section. Unfortunately, you don't have your building insured with us therefore you can't register a claim for your geyser.
