Outsurance consultants care

We experienced a vehicle breakdown earlier this week which was quite stressful. My husband was stranded after 7pm and I was calling around for someone to tow the car to our mechanic. I called Outsurance to enquire if towing was included on my plan and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had two roadside assists per year. I can't recall the gentleman's name but he shooed me off the phone very quickly so he could get in touch with my husband to assist him as quickly as possible. He then proceeded to stay in touch with my husband along the way, ensuring his safety and that everything was going to plan. We appreciate the care shown and the urgency in which they assisted us.
