Outsurance consultants cannot be trusted.

I have an issue with OUTsurance. It seems some of the consultants do not know their product and misleading customers. I spoke to four of them since Friday but only one made sense to me. They others say I don't need a tracker they will increase my policy by about R50. 00 I believed them. I asked the consultant is the policy going to state that. He advised me yes. When I received the policy it states a tracker is a requirement for the vehicle. No tracker and tracker not functional at time of theft and highjacking. Vehicle will not be covered. This was confirmed by the consultants who phoned the underwriters and they confirmed tracker is a requirement. Today I called another consultant she has requested me to pay R57. 00 and I don't need a tracker. I spoke to 4 consultants only 1 gave me the correct information and assistance.
