Outsurance - Compliment

I joined outsurance in March 2024. Firstly the premium is far less than what I was paying for in my previous insurance and there are additions. I had an accident, my car rolled from my resident parking and rolled to the entrance gate, very buzzer story as the surface is flat and reversing to the gate you have to turn. I called outsurance they were so understanding, my claim was processed immediately, the banelbeater called me very professional, a hired car was arranged. I received my car in no time. I’m so glad I made a decision to join outsurance when the previous insurer gave be bad service. Thank you outsurance including the service providers you use. A very happy customer.
