Outsurance complaint again

So yet again I am having problems with outsurance. About 2 months ago I conplained about them saying that my premium would come down if a trackers gets installed. So that was done and they only came down with my premium with R1.00. The same day that the conplaint was put on Hallo peter I get a call from outsurance apoligizing for everything and they bought my premium down with about R65.00 woth the promise that it stay like that for a year. Big suprise a month after that I get an email from them stating it is price increase time and my premium is gping up. I had numerous fight with them and up until today they are refusing to keep my premium at the old amount that was promised. What do I need to do in order to get better service from Outsurance? It is not as if ive been a client for only a few months it has been a few years.
