Outsurance comparative quote is a ****.

So I heard about the promotion run by outsurance where they give you R500 if they cant beat your current premium. I was contacted by an outsurance consultant and they were not able to beat my current premium. They have made it so difficult to get the R500 as advertised. Firstly they send you a link to access. On separate occasions I was not able to access the link to complete the process. Secondly I tried to use the email address for support as I needed some clarification on certain of the documents needed. I have got no reply. Thirdly there is a notice that T'and Cs apply but there is nothing on the email that they send with the terms and conditions of the campaign. If this does not get resolved I will take the matter further with the Ombudsman.
