OUTSURANCE COMMITS *****

Outsurance cancelled my insurance cover, without notice, and without a reason. and they keep on sending me notice emails to say they want to debit my account for R437.00 for two days, of cover that they are not liable for. Outsurance management is negligent in not assisting their staff with competent basic numeric training to understand that i do not owe them anything. Outsurance is a ********** insurance company, operating as a hoax. Outsurance's management fails to enforce just actions, and has FAILED again to even contact me with a positive attitude. The trainees who phone me at seven in the evenings, (becuase they want to not get the message that i will not pay them for serrvices not rendered at all) so they want to tell me that i HAVE NO CHOICE but to continue with the policy which they cancelled, witHout notice or REASON.
