Outsurance client support

<p>Our shock upon discovering the break-in and ******* was undescribable. From our first emotional call to Outsurance, the support was amazing. We needed to leave our home for a few days due to work commitments just one day after the *******. Needless to say we were very uncomfortable, but could also not handle the situation in the fastest possible way. An assessor - Riaan van Zyl - situated in Bloemfontein was assigned to our case here in Kroonstad. While we were away we were contacted by him and an appointment made. Riaan was utterly professional, sympathetic and helpful during his assessment visit. It is never a good experience to have your privacy invaded, but he made the process as fast and painless as possible.
