Outsurance client left my car damaged and insurer not assiting

Claim *** There is paint al***** my car because of overspray that happened in July at marketsquare centre, the insurer settled for buffing at a cost R4100, but i went for testing before i could sign the settlement and found that buffing wont fix the problem, respray would i then went to reqoute, i was told by the insure that its expensive and they would send an assor from their, only ro findout the assesor is just gonna call me instead coming physically see the extent of the damage as this is a white and photos dont really do justice in trying to seen an overspray, but anyway the asses concluded their report and sent, and now im sitting with letter that is settling for R4400 and not the amounts for respray that are about R56K to 65K
