OUTsurance claims procedure

OUTsurance is in the process of assisting me with a claim for a fender-bender, as a result of someone reversing into me in a parking lot. I just wanted to say that each of the four employees I have dealt with have been extremely well informed and well trained in their policy and procedures. This made the whole claim quick and efficient, and I was given all the relevant and useful information that I needed. No run arounds or time-wasting at all!
