Outsurance claims and their Panelbeaters - an absolute NIGHTMARE
I'm not sure if I'm being so cruelly dealt with because of my previous review on this platform or is it because of the colour of my skin or is it because I'm female or probably that fact that I don't drive a luxurious vehicle being a middle class citizen. My claim was authorized in Feburary then I took my vehicle to the Panelbeaters that was assigned to me by Outsurance, after weeks of my car being there I call the Panelbeaters to find out feedback on the repairs because they didn't bother to call or communicate, I was then told to pick up my vehicle because they cannot repair it and they waiting for parts. I pick the unrepaired vehicle up being smashed but I still had the use of the rental vehicle, but throughout I got no update or communication from the Panelbeaters and my efforts for trying to get feedback were unsuccessful. The duration on the rental vehicle expired so I called the Panelbeaters beaters to find out when I can I bring my personal vehicle back, they tell they're offline and all they're systems are down but they will get back to me, which they never did. I then call Outsurance to advise them of my situation they promise to call back, I'm still waiting. It's now April, I had to drop my kids off at school driving a smashed vehicle and my kids were ridiculed by other learners (the trauma). I'm now sitting with a smashed vehicle, no courtesy car, no communication. I'm so disappointed, dissatisfied and angry, I can't believe this.
