Outsurance claims

I recently had a ******* in my home, in a security complex. I put in a claim a few months after the ******* due to personal issues. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the claim was settled really rapidly, and with no fuss. A special mention of the claims assessor, Mjay Ncobo, who was courteous, professional, on time, and sympathetic to our loss. Communication was excellent, and the personal touch was very evident. He also gave great advice. Assessor I have been a client for many years and the service has been great. I'm planning on moving my business insurance to outsurance as well.
