outsurance claim south africa

Hi , Id like to lay a complaint against outsurance for a claim that was refuted against me. I was recently involved in an accident with a client of theirs who disobeyed the rules of the road by turning into an intersection just as i passed over a green robot. It was as clear as day who was at fault. In the report i failed to explain that i had to veer off onto onto coming traffic lane in a defensive way, so as to avoid full impact and worse damage thinking that its obvious as to what occured. Because of this outsurance refuted my claim saying i was also at fault, yet the robot was green for me to pass. i had no way to avoid this accident as their client turned in to the intersection at the last second, also she is over 90 and still my claim has been refuted. No investigation was done nor did anyone call me before refuting the claim. My job depends on this vehicle and i feel i have been ****** by these unfair and unjust people.
