Outsurance claim: Modrate Mkhwa**** (Dladla)

My Dad sadly passed away in June and my Mom took his car for a drive a little while after, to keep it in good running order to later sell it. Unfortunately she had an accident in the process and the car was written off. The NATIS was nowhere to be found and Modrate went to incredible lengths to assist (it was eventually sourced). She communicated with us continuously and patiently helped my Mom to sort out the claim. I am yet to find another person that is so caring and understanding. Outsurance has an angel in their employ - she is really an asset to this company. I know they are known for good service, but Modrate outdid all.
