Outsurance claim

I was in a car accident on 20 September 2020. Whilst waiting at a traffic light to change at the intersection between Vaal & Linden roads , in Emmarantia , a motorist came from behind and rammed into my car from the rear. My car is not insured , however the car that drove into mine was insured by Outsurance. After reporting the accident , I approached Outsurance , and they sent me some documentation to be completed. After submitting the said docs. , they decided to write off my car , and give me R 32500,00 to have it repaired. They also tell me that the value of my car is only R69500.00. I immediately disagreed , saying that I will firstly get a quote for the repair. So I did , found a Kia approved panel beater , closest to my home , in Randburg. I've had to pay for the towing charges and the cost to quote from my pocket thus far. The quote came to R49500.00. I then sent that quote to Outsurance for review , and they reverted to me saying that they cannot pay any additional cost. Now I need some advice on the way forward. The car detail is Kia Picanto 1.2 ex. automatic , year model 2012 , low mileage of 21761 kms. and colour , Titanium. The Outsurance claim number is ***. I will really appreciate your comment. Please also advise if you require any further information.
