Outsurance claim *** I want to compliment one of Outsurance's employees, Rethabile Aphane, for the excellent service she provided me. My son (whose car was covered under my policy) was in an accident on Friday night 20 September 2024. Ms. Aphane's compassion and professionalism throughout the entire claim process quickly exceeded my expectations. I have always been pleased with the service I received from Outsurance, however, the commitment to great customer service I received from Ms. Aphane, is to be commended.
