Outsurance claim

<p>I was in a accident a almost a year ago. The guy (Mr Matt Strydom, ********** 062082) bumped into me from behind. I had to make a personal loan to pay my excess of R 12 000 for a accident that was not my fault. And now i have to pay the interest as well. The last time outsurance phoned me they told me that Mr Japie Strydom (Mr Matt Strydoms brother)told them that Mr Matt Strydom is dead somewhere in Februarie 2015. I have received some new information from Mr Olof Theunison that he have seen mr Matt Strydom in Woolworths Ninaprk a week ago. What amaze me is that Outsurance did not ask for a death certificate. I think from Outsurance side they did not ivestigate the situation well enough. I am very unhappy with the service i received.</p>
