Outsurance change the price of your policy when you ask to cancel...

I tried emailing, email bounces back, so I use their site to *REQUEST MY POLICY TO BE CANCELLED*...

I get a response 2 days later: Thank you for your query, attached is why we're better than the competition.

I try responding to that email asking them to CANCEL MY #(*@$ PREMIUM... Bounces back as unmonitored address.

Next day I get a policy amendment for a new premium price "As requested"... Did I ask for that? I asked for you to cancel my policy. who "requested" the amendment of price rather than cancelling as *I* (the one who pays for the policy) asked???
