Outsurance Cell phone rebuild
Claim *** for damaged iPhone 6+ damaged falling down stairs. The phone is over ensured and yet outsurance wants to repair it. They sent it to repair evaluation were the glass, chassis and more components needs to replaced. I told them this is a rebuild and that I want the phone replaced. They are still debating the way forward 2 days from request. Why do you have insurance if it does not work for you but for them. They are do quick to pay you out if you under insure. I have had many issues regarding electronic equipment with this company. Very frustrating and irritated.
