Outsurance cashback promotion

Been with outsurance for over a year. Unfortunately when replacing my vehicle on the 25th January they couldn't beat iwyze on the insurance quote so the consultant Sibongile Dube advised I was eligible for a cash back as they couldn't beat the quote. She told me to follow the link to be followed and they will reimburse me. The next day I get a email from thurlo Adam's saying I don't qualify for a cash back because I canceled my policy. Obviously I canceled because you could not beat the competitor. I emailed them twice. Still no feedback. Outsurance is leading people with cash back if they can't beat others quotes. Very misleading. Never again!
