Outsurance cash back

Like everyone else we all like to save money so I contacted Outsurance to see if they could better my current premium & Insurers and if not I would get a R400 but unfortunately they could not after making sure that all the details was as per how my current vehicle is insured. Overall the consultant was friendly & explained everything. I advised him that unfortunately the premium he has offered me is not acceptable & he told me that is what's on offer & that with regards to the R400 cash back I would need to click on the link he would forward me via email & then upload my current insurers policy as proof that they indeed did not beat my current insurers. I get an sms soon after ending the call indicating a unique code which I would need to input once I receive and open the link but no link came to date. I thought there systems are very busy give it time till maybe later the evening to check my mail but I instead waited till the next day to check giving them about 24hours. I then contacted them about a few days later to request the quote & the link which was supposed to have been sent to me. I then received the quote but still no link to upload my policy as proof.
