OUTsurance car policy

We were not yet done with the insurance policy and they decided to debit the money in my account. I requested them to call me when I am at the delership and they didn’t. Tried looking for other car insurance and while I was looking OUTsurance decided to debit the money that was also not agreed upon.

After having acknowledged your review, we received comprehensive feedback from our client care as well as sales managers, respectively. Your policy has been cancelled and the premium was refunded.

Our sales manager contacted you, discussing our findings regarding activating the insurance.
You did agree to the cover on agreed date.
