Outsurance Car License Renewal (unreliable)
I had a very bad experience with Outsurance car license renewal. I have submitted my papers on the 15 Feb 2022, I'm still waiting for my license disc. The grace period has expired and when I contacted them, they referred me to their third party. Basically they took themselves out of the matter. They didn't bother to tell me that they are experiencing problems, if that's the case, so that I could make a day to go to licensing myself.
