Outsurance (car insurance) has been good so far

Outsurance (car insurance) has been good so far. I've been with them for about 3 years, and only had one claim which was the other party claiming. I cannot say I've had many issues with them and they do get back to me quickly if I need to get in contact. My one issue was that when I tried to get my premium lowered, the other department was spam calling me for about 2 weeks regarding life insurance. But that's just insurance for you.
