Outsurance car insurance cost hard to understand

<p>In November 2016 I took out a car insurance with OUTSURANCE in Bothasig Cape Town, at a cost of R650.00 per month.</p> <p>In February 2017, I moved to Amanzimtoti Durban where the cost of the same insurance deal went up to over R1500.00 per month even though the car, when parked at night was far safer, as it was parked in underground parking with remote control access and security cameras ,as oppossed to Cape Town where it was parked on the pavement at night with no security at all.</p> <p>What I find hardest to understand is that I have a lady friend, who is the same age as me , who stays in the same block of flats as I do in Amanzimtoti, parks in the same undergound parking as I do and she pays a monthly premium to OUTSURANCE of R560.00 per month for both a her car insurance and householders insurance.</p> <p>To be fair her car is a older model than mine but BOTH HOUSEHOLDERS AND CAR INSURANCE for R560.00 as oppossed to R1500.00.?????????????</p>
