Outsurance can't even update details

I have 2 policies one a life insurance and one a house contents insurance excl. theft the life insurance policy details have been corrected and the contents insurance has the incorrect address and telephone number i have been on the phone to them more than once and i refuse to do it again as i feel i am wasting my time. just sort my policy out to match the other policy what is so difficult. I bet if there is a claim they will find someway to use this as a way to repudiate im very unimpressed
