Outsurance cant beat my insurances

Outsurance states if they cant beat your current insurance premiums they will pay you 400r and if you claim free for 3 years they will give you 800r. I did a quote with them in January and as predicted they couldnt beat my insurance with momentum..the agent advised they will get their promotions department to call me.. its now July and still havent received that call. I did another quote on my girlfriends name last month for the new vehicle she purchased..and guess what..they still couldnt beat budget insurance..and again..an agent advised someone from promotions department will call me..gone 1 month and still no call.. Outsurance...you can't beat anything so maybe you realised its costing too much to give the promotion money so you just dont call the customers back
