Outsurance cannot keep to their discounts

Outsurance recently gave me a discount on my premiums as I called in wanting to cancel to go with King Price who offered me a way lower premium for both vehicles covered. Outsurance discount lasted two months before boom I am hit with an increase in premiums.... Is Outsurance worth it?..... getting a cheaper quote from King Price going to move, utter nonsense. I have kept all my premiums up to date, a loyal customer but not a valued customer clearly.
