Outsurance cannot beat your current insurance

Outsurance had phoned me for two week continuously asking me if I had the time for them to better my current insurance premiums. each time I told the lady that it was a bad time. Finally they called when I was watching TV last week. Monica took about 5 minutes confirming all my details and then transferred me to one of the expert financial advisors who took another 20 minutes confirming all my details and the vehicle details. they promised me that I would get the best premium. we started on my first car and when she gave the quote I told her that she was way out and that I do get cheaper insurance. after asking me what I was paying she told me that she will have to re-calculate and get back to me with a better quote. Before I could confirm her details she abruptly hung up the phone. No one has called since then. What about the promise that if they cannot better the current premium they would pay R400. This was the second time Outsurance tried to better my premiums and never gave feedback or a response. They have waste my time with the initial calls and do not call back or honor their promise.
