Outsurance - Cancelled Insurance

I was excited to move to outsurance sometime ago. Now i joined the organization but after few claims they decided that they will cancel my insurance. <br> <br> No consultation on their part. Just a letter informing me that my insurance is cancelled after i did indicate on the call that they must call me to discuss their issue and give it the necessary attention.<br> <br> One thing i can say about Outsurance is that they are only interested to receive payment for premium. Once you start claiming then you need not be a client because they now cannot make money. I understood their services as an insurer but it is very clear now that is not the business they are in... They are in the business of collecting your premium. <br> <br> Once you start claiming you are out... you are now on the other side of their objective .... they will start telling you of ration and this and that but thats not why we need insurance from them. We need insurance from them so that they cover in case of incidents and accidents but when they happened they change. <br> <br> Who on earth go out and crash a more than half a million car deliberately . . . Why do we need insurance if you are not insuring us. I took time to visit and i was ignored.
