Outsurance cancellation nightmare

Warning before moving to Outsurance. Canceling your policy is an absolute nightmare. It borderlines harassment. First, the person tries to offer you a lower premium and after repeatedly telling them that you are not interested and have already made your decision they keep on hammering you with reasons why you should stay and why your decision is bad. They do not take no for an answer. After a while, they realize that you are serious and process the cancellation. Then you think: "finally this is over" just to find that they phone you back in an hours time to continue their argument as to why you should stay with them. I just hung up the phone and blocked the numbers. Even while I was insured by them they would phone and try to sell more and more products to you. I hope that the Outsurance harassment is over now. If so, thank you and good riddance, they can offer me an R100 premium and I wouldn't move back to them.
