OUTsurance cancellation

I've tried to cancel my policy with OUTsurance. and they try to convince me to stay with them and they don't get the answer that I don't want to stay with them. They are very fast to sign you up as a client, but when you want to resign from them they just keep talking. I was now for 30 min on the phone with them and my policy is still not cancelled
