Outsurance canceled my policy without my consent.

Outsurance has canceled my policy all because they failed to debit premiums from my account? They tried to debit the premium on a date that was not contractual twice, even after I enquired about this.

Contractualy my premium goes off on the 26th. For 2 months Outsurance has randomly sent me an sms saying they will debit on the 10th without any explanation and concent from me.

What I find appauling and dissapointing is that I have never missed a single payment. I will not let this go because Outsurance has taken too much money from me and they have acted unprofessionaly.
