Outsurance cancel the wrong policy, and can't listen.

I have requested vehicle insurance to be cancelled. Just either don't get a call back, or they cancel the wrong insurance. Very bad listeners. I have received a text message that said that my life cover is cancelled. I asked for vehicle cover to be cancelled. Change my contact number to ***. Why do you not change the contact number and contact me on wrong numbers. Now you say you can't contact me.

Very bad customer experience and service.

I am very disappointed.
