Outsurance - Call Centre Excellence.

What an absolute pleasure it has always been to deal with the Outsurance Call Centre. The Call Centre agents are unfailingly polite and helpful. My call today, taken by Siphokhazi Mbuyazwa of the cancellations department, outdid them all. She handled my complicated cancellation/transfer requests with unfailing good humour and advised me on the most sensible and advantageous path. The documents were in my inbox before the call ended.
