Outsurance business insurance

This company asked that I bring quotes when I made a claim, which I did. After they received the claim they said to send their own assessor to look into the claim, after that their person sent a quote that does not even cover the material. I contacted them and sent them quotes and they said they can only cover one side of the claim. They approved the one part of it and paid and the other was approved but never paid. When I sent them to the ombudsman they denied an wrong doing and started contacting me directly to resolve the matter. 6months later I’m still waiting. A business insurance which they said will take 24hrs when I signed up! **** that company
