Outsurance Business Cover is ****

Have business cover with Outsurance,submitted a claim in July, car was taken to Galliga Auto Repairs. When the vehicle was taken it it could start and drive, now the repairs are done and the vehicle doesn’t start nor idle, this is a business vehicle meaning my income has been negatively impacted for two full months of back and forth.
